2. Appendix F was retired, not moved

Appendix F contained the VA Home Retention Waterfall. It is no longer part of the handbook. The current appendix list is A, B, C, D, E, G — F is absent, and its article identifier returns an error rather than content.

Nothing in the answer indicates that either the document or the URL is defunct. This is not a criticism of the tools — it is what happens when a publisher removes a source quietly and the index has not caught up.

5. Current text, free

All 22 chapters plus Appendix G were rebuilt from the current KnowVA source: 131 sections and roughly 340,000 characters of verbatim text. Each section is snapshot-backed and substring-verified against that snapshot, with section boundaries independently checked, so a quote can be verified rather than trusted.
