i. Draw Request Inspection (09/14/2015) The Consultant must perform draw request inspections when requested by the Mortgagee. The Consultant must ensure that all building permits are onsite for the work that was performed. The Consultant must ensure that the work: • has been completed satisfactorily; and • conforms to all local codes and ordinances.
