For CHOICEReno eXPress® Mortgages where eligible renovations will be completed after the Note Date, a Transfer of Servicing is prohibited until all eligible renovations are complete and the Seller has obtained a UAD Completion Report pursuant to the appraisal requirements in Section 4606.4. CHOICEReno eXPress Mortgages may not be sold through Cash-Released XChange®. Additionally, CHOICEReno eXPress Mortgages may not be involved in any other Concurrent Transfers of Servicing. See Chapter 7101 for requirements regarding Transfers of Servicing.
